Jamal Hamdani

Jamal Hamdani is the President and CEO of Moseley, as well as CarrierComm and Axxcelera Broadband, Moseley's subsidiaries. Prior to acquiring Moseley in a management buyout in 1992, he held various management positions with General Research Corporation, the BBC, and Philips Research Laboratories. Jamal became CEO of Moseley in 1996, after which he focused the company on growth as well as breadth.  Over the last decade, his leadership resulted in the companies’ delivering revenues in excess of $1 billion and produced incomes to shareholders prior to taxes in excess of $350 million.

Jamal was a pioneer in Digital Signal Processing and spent five years in Africa as a consultant designing and installing telecommunication networks. After twice being honored as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year™ award for technology, he won the award in 2002.

Jamal received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from ABU Nigeria and his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Netherlands University. In addition, he attended the AEA Executive Management Program at Stanford.

Jamal is passionate in creating a world in which everyone gives to others what they want for themselves. He is actively involved in various charitable causes around the world.

Mark Lindsey is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of CarrierComm. Before joining CarrierComm, Mark worked as the Vice President, West Coast Engineering for Triton Network Systems, a company that developed broadband wireless access products and high speed communication Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs). Prior to this, Mark was Senior Vice President of Technology and co-founder of CommQuest Technologies, a fabless semiconductor company with a variety of digital communication products ranging from chip sets for wireless handsets, to advanced satellite communication modems, to high speed, broadband wireless data links. CommQuest was acquired by IBM Microelectronics in 1998, during which Mark continued his senior engineering management role. Prior to helping co-found CommQuest, Mark held numerous senior management and technical positions at Linkabit, M/A-COM Linkabit, and Titan Linkabit.

Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University and his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. In addition, he completed the Executive Program for Scientist and Engineers at the University of California, San Diego

Rahul Deshpande

Rahul Deshpande is Vice President, Engineering for CarrierComm. He manages the company's engineering resources and directs systems design, hardware/software development, testing, integration, and production transition.

Before joining CarrierComm, Rahul worked as Director, Systems Engineering, for Triton Network Systems, a company that developed broadband wireless access products and high speed communication Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs).. He has extensive experience managing the development of communications systems and semiconductors for wireless, satellite, and wired applications; and has a broad background in communications systems design and analysis. Prior to Triton Network Systems, Rahul worked as a Senior Engineering Manager for IBM Microelectronics and Systems Engineering Director at CommQuest Technologies, a San Diego-based fabless semiconductor company acquired by IBM.

Rahul received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College and Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (Communication Systems) from the University of Southern California.

Stacy Lindsey
Vice President, Business Operations

Stacy Lindsey is Vice President of Business Operations of CarrierComm. She is responsible for all product and roadmap development, program management, strategic planning, customer partnership development, and operations coordination between engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and business.

Stacy has over fifteen years experience working in the development and production of broadband communications products, recently as Director of product management for Triton Network Systems and formerly Assistant Vice President of Broadband Business for CommQuest, an IBM Company, a San Diego-based fabless semiconductor company. Stacy began her career at Linkabit Corporation, a developer of digital communication products, and held various senior engineering positions.

Stacy received a B.S. Electrical Engineering, Communications from the University of California, San Diego. Stacy also is a diploma graduate of the University of California San Diego’s Executive Program for Scientists and Engineers (EPSE) and now serves as president of the Board of Directors.
